Avoid Tumble Drying: After washing, reshape the hoodie and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying, as it may cause shrinkage or damage to the Milton fabric.

لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.
طلبات الـ Pre-Order:
تشحن خلال 10–25 يوم عمل لأنها تكون في مرحلة التصنيع.
الطلبات التي تم شراؤها أونلاين يجب استرجاعها أونلاين فقط عبر موقعنا أو بوابة الاسترجاع.
الطلبات التي تم شراؤها من المتجر أو القنوات الأخرى (بازارات – بوثات) يجب استبدالها أو استرجاعها من نفس مكان الشراء فقط.
في حال استرجاع المبلغ، يمكننا استرجاع حتى 2000 جنيه فقط من خلال شركة الشحن.
الطلبات التي يتجاوز قيمتها 2000 جنيه لا يمكن استرجاعها عبر شركة الشحن.
في هذه الحالة، يتم الاسترجاع فقط من خلال InstaPay أو الحساب البنكي.
يتم تحويل المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وعودته للمخزن والتأكد من حالته.
كما هو مذكور في سياستنا (المتاحة في أكثر من مكان)، في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن ويتم دفعها مباشرةً لشركة الشحن.
الاستثناء الوحيد هو في حال تم شحن المنتج بشكل خاطئ من جانبنا، وفي هذه الحالة:
في طلبات الاستبدال: نتحمل رسوم الشحن الثانية. رسوم الاستبدال فقط!

Casual Items:
Return or exchange within 7 days.

Sale Items:
Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pre-Order Items:
Usually take 10–25 working days to be shipped.
Items purchased online must be returned online through our website or return portal.
Items purchased from stores or other selling channels (bazaars, pop-ups) must be returned or exchanged through the same channel of purchase.
For refunds, we can only process up to 2000 EGP through the shipping company.
Orders above 2000 EGP cannot be refunded via the shipping company.
Refunds above this amount will be processed only via InstaPay or bank transfer.
Refunds are issued once the returned items are received back in our warehouse and inspected.
As stated in our policy (available in more than one place), for any refunds or exchanges, customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees directly to the shipping company. The only exception is if the item was shipped incorrectly by us. In that case:
For exchange orders, the second shipping fee will be covered by us.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we will cover the return shipping fees.
For return/refund orders, the return shipping fee still applies.
