What types of products do you offer? We provide a diverse range of products and continuously introduce new categories. Our current focus is on women’s casual and trendy apparel, as well as evening wear. We are also expanding into swimwear and sportswear.
Where are you located? Our main location is in Cairo, Egypt. We offer worldwide shipping and are planning to expand to other countries soon.
Do you have physical stores? Yes, our physical store is situated at The Yard Mall, Rehab Gate 6, New Cairo, on the ground floor.

What are your customer service hours? Our customer service team is available from 11 am to 5 pm, Sunday through Thursday.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order? Orders can be placed through our website or via Instagram direct messages. You may also visit our physical store to make a purchase.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, online payments, ValU, and Sympl for installment options (coming soon).
Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders are confirmed via a phone call before shipment. You may cancel your order during this call or by contacting us through Instagram or our website chat box.
How can I track my order? Order tracking is available through Instagram or our website’s chat box.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website? Yes, we utilize Paymob, a third-party service, to ensure the security of your data.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Please refer to our shipping policy for detailed information.
How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times range from 2 to 10 working days.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer international shipping via Instagram direct messages. Please note that prices and shipping costs may vary.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? To change your shipping address, please contact us through the aforementioned platforms. Changes cannot be made once the item has been shipped, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy? For online orders, the package must remain unopened while the courier is present. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. For casual items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. Store purchases must be exchanged or returned at the store.
How long does it take to process a return? Return processing typically takes 1 to 10 days. Refunds exceeding 2000 EGP will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank information for such refunds.
Can I exchange an item? Yes, items can be exchanged. Casual wear can be exchanged within 7 days. Swimwear and evening wear can be exchanged within 24 hours. Shipping fees apply. Note that online orders can only be exchanged online, and store orders can only be exchanged at the store.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We will replace any damaged or incorrect items without any shipping fees.

What if an item is out of stock? We regularly restock items. Follow our Instagram for restock updates.
Can I pre-order items that are out of stock? Yes, items available for pre-order will be indicated as such on our website.
Do you offer customization or tailoring services? No, we do not provide customization or tailoring services.
