شروط الاسترجاع (للتسوق الإلكتروني فقط)

منتجات السهرة وكولكشن رمضان (الساتان والخط المسائي):

  • يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مُرتدى، وفي حالته الأصلية.

  • لا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد 24 ساعة.

المنتجات الكاجوال:

  • يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مُرتدى، وفي حالته الأصلية.

مشتريات التخفيضات (Sale):

  • لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.

طلبات الـ Pre-Order:

  • تشحن خلال 10–25 يوم عمل لأنها تكون في مرحلة التصنيع.

قواعد الاسترجاع حسب مكان الشراء:

  • الطلبات التي تم شراؤها أونلاين يجب استرجاعها أونلاين فقط عبر موقعنا أو بوابة الاسترجاع.

  • الطلبات التي تم شراؤها من المتجر أو القنوات الأخرى (بازارات – بوثات) يجب استبدالها أو استرجاعها من نفس مكان الشراء فقط.

سياسة الاسترجاع المالي (Refund Policy):

  • في حال استرجاع المبلغ، يمكننا استرجاع حتى 2000 جنيه فقط من خلال شركة الشحن.

  • الطلبات التي يتجاوز قيمتها 2000 جنيه لا يمكن استرجاعها عبر شركة الشحن.

  • في هذه الحالة، يتم الاسترجاع فقط من خلال InstaPay أو الحساب البنكي.

  • يتم تحويل المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وعودته للمخزن والتأكد من حالته.

طريقة الاسترجاع:

  3. إرسال رقم الطلب، تفاصيل المنتج، وسبب الاسترجاع.

  4. يجب تغليف المنتج جيدًا مع جميع التاجز الأصلية.

  5. يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع، ما لم يكن الخطأ من عندنا.

 Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns Eligibility (Online Shopping Only)

Soiree Items (Satins & Evening Line):

  • Return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • No returns or exchanges after 24 hours.

Casual Items:

  • Return or exchange within 7 days.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Sale Items:

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Usually take 10–25 working days to be shipped.

Return Rules Based on Purchase Channel:

  • Items purchased online must be returned online through our website or return portal.

  • Items purchased from stores or other selling channels (bazaars, pop-ups) must be returned or exchanged through the same channel of purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • For refunds, we can only process up to 2000 EGP through the shipping company.

  • Orders above 2000 EGP cannot be refunded via the shipping company.

  • Refunds above this amount will be processed only via InstaPay or bank transfer.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned items are received back in our warehouse and inspected.

  3. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  4. Items must be securely packed with original tags.

  5. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
