Snow Man Jacket - Care Instructions

  1. Dry Cleaning Recommended: Due to the delicate nature of Sherpa fur, it is highly recommended to opt for professional dry cleaning services. This ensures that the jacket retains its softness and shape without undergoing unnecessary wear.

  2. Avoid Machine Washing: Do not attempt to machine wash the jacket as it may cause damage to the Sherpa fur and alter its texture and appearance.

  3. Spot Cleaning: For minor stains or spills, gently spot clean the affected area using a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Ensure you dab the stain gently without rubbing to prevent matting or damaging the fur.

  4. Avoid Direct Heat: Keep the jacket away from direct heat sources such as radiators or intense sunlight. Excessive heat can cause the fur to become brittle and lose its natural luster.

Shipping & Return

At All Basic Stores, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.

  1. Returns Eligibility:

    a) Soiree Items (Satins & Evening line): You can initiate a return or exchange for Soiree items within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached, after 24 hour item cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    b) Casual Items: For casual items, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  2. Return Process:

    a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Intsagram page or reach us through mail:

    Please provide your order number, item details, and the reason for the return or exchange.

    b) Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

    c)  Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

    d) Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  3. Refund Process: 

    a) We can arrange to send the refund amount with the courier at the time of collecting the returned item. ( 5 -7 business days). If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method.

    b) Refunds will be processed for the item's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges or applicable fees.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    a) For hygiene reasons, items on sale,  swimwear, underwear, and accessories such as earrings and hair accessories are non-exchangable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  5. Exchanges:

    a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team through instagram dm or email. We will assist you in checking the availability of the desired item and guide you through the exchange process.

    b. In case the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund for the returned item as per our refund policy.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
