In such cases, if you still wish to receive the order, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for a second delivery attempt.

Once you have received the complete order, you can initiate a return request for the specific item you wish to return following our return policy guidelines.

Non-Receipt of Order from the Courier: a. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe and there have been no delivery attempts from the courier, please contact our customer service team. b. In such cases, you may be required to send the shipping fees for the second delivery attempt through Vodafone Cash or Instapay. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary details to complete the payment.

Order Cancellation: a. Please note that once your order is handed over to the courier and the shipping process has begun, it cannot be canceled. b. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier.
